The staff made an accommodation for my arrival time because I was in the area to attend a funeral and I needed a shower after many hours of driving to reach the hotel. Staff was great! Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods, and the room was lovely. Pool was well maintained and heated, but only to the point where it was refreshing, rather than ice cold. All around a wonderful experience.

We loved it, the pool was clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to local bars, as well as the Casino. The property was clean and well maintained.

Shuttle bus broke down. Hotel reimbursed guests for their Uber or Taxi rides. That's the way to do business!! Breakfast was excellent...well stocked up to the end!

This hotel was fairly new, very clean, friendly staff. The evening desk clerk recommended an excellent restaurant in Waterloo, where we found a great take out meal. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of choices and fresh fruit.
